About Us
Southwest Forensic Nursing & Healthcare
We are a recently established nonprofit organization that originated from a team previously owned and managed by dedicated local healthcare providers in Washington and Iron County, Utah. Our team shares a strong commitment to serving sexual assault survivors. As a nonprofit, we are broadening our scope by offering services for physical assault and strangulation cases. Additionally, we are expanding our service locations to reduce the reliance on local emergency departments.

Mission
The mission of Southwest Forensic Nursing & Healthcare is to provide patient-centered and trauma-informed healthcare to all survivors of violence. Our dedicated team of forensically trained healthcare professionals offer assessment, treatment, evidence collection/documentation, and referral to additional resources from our multidisciplinary partners.
Vision
Our vision is to provide evidence-based healthcare, education, and prevention to all individuals impacted by violence with collaboration with our multidisciplinary team and community allies.
